Webhooks, explained

A webhook is an automatic message from one system to another. You give Cosmos Connect a URL and choose which events to send; whenever one happens, a JSON payload with the event, a timestamp and the data is posted to that URL.

That means a completed WhatsApp flow can become a CRM lead, an incoming message can be logged in a sheet, and your own app can react to chats — without anyone copying data by hand.

Which plan includes webhooks?

Webhook integrations and the Public API are part of the Pro plan.

Can I send data to Google Sheets?

You don't need a webhook for that — the built-in Google Sheets integration (Standard and Pro) syncs leads, bookings, orders and form answers live. On Pro you can also point a webhook at your own script.

What happens if my endpoint is down?

The failure is recorded as the webhook's last status, and your WhatsApp conversations carry on unaffected.
